You raise some great points and some good questions here. Particularly regarding the re-tweet issue, and as I type, I cannot think of the solution. Its a bit like setting a snowball off down the side of a mountain!

As an owner of a digital agency, I will be looking into how CAP Code will affect our clients campaigns, but think it is right that there should be more protection for the online audiences.
